Furniture Share's staff works every day to help turn empty spaces into homes for families and individuals across the Willamette Valley.

From leadership and program coordination to development and warehouse operations, each team member helps move practical support into the community with care, dignity, and consistency.

Michelle Robinson

Executive Director

Michelle has been leading the Furniture Share team since 2007. Originally from Texas, she now calls Albany home. She has three children and three grandchildren. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her four dogs, gardening, and camping.

What she values most about working at Furniture Share is turning houses into homes by providing beds for kids and furniture to those in need.

Nancy joined the Furniture Share team in August 2024. She has lived in Albany since 2007 after moving from Santa Rosa, California. Nancy is married with three daughters.

In her free time, she enjoys visiting the coast, attending concerts and movies, and playing in the snow with her family. Her favorite part of working at Furniture Share is helping families in need.

Glenda Lonstron

Glenda Lonstron

Development Specialist

Glenda is a native Oregonian who moved to the Albany area with her husband and fur kids in 2019. She has worked in fundraising for many years across a variety of nonprofits.

In her spare time, Glenda enjoys volunteering, gardening, and spending time with her family and pets. Working at Furniture Share allows her to make a meaningful difference by helping people in need.

Robert Rogers

Robert Rogers

Warehouse Manager

Robert has been with Furniture Share since 2010. Originally from Michigan, he now lives in Philomath and is the father of five children. In his spare time, he enjoys camping.

His favorite part of working at Furniture Share is helping provide Beds for Kids.

Dallas Hanthorn

Dallas Hanthorn

Warehouse Assistant

Dallas has been a dedicated warehouse assistant at Furniture Share for five years. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and outdoor adventures with his beloved cat, Shiva.

What fuels Dallas's passion for his work is the opportunity to divert furniture from the landfill and place it into homes where it is truly needed. For him, it's about creating positive change in the community.
