Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is now offering support benefits through their Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) program for qualifying members. HRSNs are social and economic needs that affect your ability to maintain health and well-being. Furniture Share can help connect you with these benefits.
To qualify, you must be an Oregon Health Plan member in at least one of the categories below.
